Alongside his professional pursuits in surveying, he also ventures into real estate development and sales. Beyond his career, Victor plays essential roles as a father, community leader, and religious leader as a Pastor. His commitment to mentoring highlights his dedication to empowering others in various aspects of life. Victor once served as a commissioner for Lands and Urban Development in Enugu State, Nigeria. Through his numerous endeavors, Victor Nnam exemplifies a well-rounded and impactful individual contributing to both his professional and community spheres.
Early life and education
Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, is a remarkable personality passionate for knowledge and leadership, born 23rd February 1984 in Umunnaugwu, kindred of Amechi Uwani, Awkunanaw, Enugu South Local Government Area, Enugu State. As one of seven siblings and a twin, he exhibited exceptional intelligence, diligence, and leadership qualities during his formative years in the neighborhood of Maryland, Enugu, where he grew up.
Dr. Nnam began his educational journey at Robinson Street Primary School, Uwani, Enugu, where he enrolled from 1989 to 1995. It was during his time at this institution that his academic prowess began to manifest, leaving an impression of distinction on teachers and peers. With a thirst for knowledge, he proceeded to the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus Secondary School from 1996 to 2002, culminating in obtaining his Senior Secondary Certificate.
Driven by a desire to expand his horizons and pursue higher education, Victor Nnam enrolled in Surveying and Geoinformatics at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT). His dedication and diligence were evident throughout his university years, leading him to graduate in 2007 as the best student in his department. This accolade was a testament to his hard work, intellect, and commitment to excellence.
Not content with only a bachelor’s degree, Dr. Nnam’s thirst for knowledge pushed him to further his education. He pursued his Master of Science and Ph.D. in the Department of Geoinformatics and Surveying at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, completing these degrees in 2011 and 2019, respectively. His research and studies in the field of Geoinformatics not only expanded his understanding but also contributed valuable insights to the academic community within Nigeria and globally as his publications are renowned.

Personal life
Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, the third child among eight siblings, has had a remarkable personal life filled with love, family, and a deep sense of responsibility. Born into a large family, he shares a special bond with his twin sister, Victoria, and his other siblings: Peace, Glory, Godwin, Samuel, John, and Benjamin.
Married to Divine Nnam (Nee Adogu), Dr. Nnam has found a life partner who complements his values and supports him in every endeavor. Together, they have been blessed with four wonderful children: Beloved-John, Victor, Divine, and David, who bring immense joy and meaning to their lives. The love and unity shared within Dr. Nnam’s family are evident in their harmony and stability they experience.
As a husband and father, Dr. Nnam takes family responsibilities seriously. He provides unwavering support to his wife and ensures her happiness and well-being. Moreover, he is deeply committed to his children’s development and works intentionally to instill important values such as love, respect, and perseverance in them. Driven by a desire to be a positive role model, he guides them toward becoming compassionate and successful individuals.
