The Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), Professor Charles Igwe, has commended the former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development in Enugu State, Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, for his selfless service and pioneering contributions to the university community.
