The Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), Professor Charles Igwe, has paid glowing tribute to the former Enugu State Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development, Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, recognizing his selfless service and pioneering contributions to the university community.

He volunteered as a senior lecturer in the Department of Geoinformatics and Surveying at UNN, choosing to teach without remuneration. In a formal commendation letter signed by Professor Igwe, the Vice Chancellor highlighted the impact Dr. Nnam has made within the university.
