Congratulates Prof. Nnam on NIS Fellowship
Governor Mbah made these remarks while congratulating Professor Victor Nnam, former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development, on his recent elevation to the rank of Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS). He described Prof. Nnam as a symbol of pride for Enugu State.
